Critical Illness Support Service

The CI-Care program is an emotional support service for those who have been diagnosed with a critical illness and their loved ones.

An excessive stress response from a critical diagnosis can have an adverse affect on overall health which can impair or delay recovery. This makes early identification and stress management imperative for clients who have been recently diagnosed.

The CI-Care Program provides 1-on-1 telephone counselling support along with a wealth of self-guided help resources to help clients identify and manage their negative thought patterns as they work towards recovery.

Addressing customers emotional needs at a time of loss creates a positive emotional imprint that is the cornerstone of brand loyalty.
